摘要
目的 探讨超声弹性成像对腮腺腺淋巴瘤和多形性腺瘤鉴别诊断的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2017年1月—2020年6月经病理证实的31例腮腺腺淋巴瘤和24例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者常规超声和弹性成像声像图表现.结果 与多形性腺瘤组相比,腺淋巴瘤组多表现形态规则、血流信号丰富,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声弹性成像分析显示:腺淋巴瘤质软的有72.50%(29/40),多形性腺瘤质硬的有66.67%(16/24).两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 超声弹性成像可以为腮腺腺淋巴瘤和多形性腺瘤的鉴别诊断提供依据,提高超声科医生的诊断信心,进一步为临床制定治疗方案提供帮助.
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound elastography in differential diagnosis of Warthin tumor and pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland.Methods 31 cases of Warthin tumor and 24 cases of pleomorphic adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively from January 2017 to June 2020.Results Compared with the pleomorphic adenoma group,the parotid gland lymphoma group showed more regular morphology and streak blood stream signals,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ultrasound elastography analysis showed that 72.50%(29/40)of parotid gland lymphoma were soft,and 66.67%(16/24)of parotid pleomorphic adenoma were hard.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound elastography can provide specific information for the diagnosis of parotid gland lymphoma and pleomorphic adenoma.
