连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗危重症合并急性肾损伤的效果研究

摘要 目的研究连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗危重症合并急性肾损伤的临床效果.方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的80例危重症合并急性肾损伤患者,分为观察组和对照组.对照组进行常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上进行连续性肾脏替代治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果观察组生命体征和肾功能指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论对危重症合并急性肾损伤患者进行连续性肾脏替代治疗可取得良好的效果,显著改善生命体征和肾功能指标.
