摘要
随着我国产业建设的快速发展和清洁能源所占结构比重的调整,LNG的需求与日俱增.为缓解能源供给的矛盾,在今后十年内大量进口LNG不可避免,LNG接收站已经成为我国油气和能源工业新的热点.保证液化天然气接收站能正常储气、调峰调压和安全运行的关键是确保储罐压力的稳定可控,而要达到良好控制的效果,必须了解储罐压力的产生以及建立准确的控制传递函数.
Along with the rapid development of industrial construction and the structure adjustment for proportion of clean energy in our country,the demands for LNG are increasing day by day.To ease the contradictions in energy supplies,importing large quantities of LNG in the next decade is inevitable;LNG terminal has become the new hot spot of oil,gas and energy industries in our country.To ensure normal storage of gas,peak regulation and safety operation of the LNG terminal,the key point is to guarantee the tank pressure stable and controllable.While in order to get excellent control effect,it is necessary to learn how the pressure in tank is generating and to establish accurate control transfer function.
