摘要
目的研究探析老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用奥马哈系统护理模式的效果.方法选取2020年1月-2020年12月期间在我院诊治的100例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为普通组和观察组,各组50例.普通组采用常规护理,观察组采用奥马哈系统护理模式,观察比较两组疼痛评分、知识、行为以及状态评分、护理满意度.结果普通组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者疼痛度评分低于普通组,膝关节功能评分高于普通组(P<0.05);观察组知识、行为以及状态评分均高于普通组(P<0.05);观察组健康教育、治疗性护理、服务态度、心理护理各维度评分均高于普通组(P<0.05).结论老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床应用奥马哈系统护理干预可减轻患者疼痛度、促进患者膝关节功能恢复,提高患者认知、行为、状态评分以及护理满意度评分,是一种可行、有效的护理模式.
Objective To explore the effect of the Omaha System nursing model on elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given Omaha System nursing care.Results The patients in the general group were given routine nursing care.The scores of pain degree and knee function in the observation group were lower and higher than those in the general group(P<0.05)The scores of knowledge,behavior and state in the Observation Group were higher than those in the general group(P<0.05),and the scores of health education,therapeutic nursing,service attitude and psychological nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the General Group(P<0.05)The scores of pain,knee function,cognition,behavior and state in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of Omaha System nursing intervention in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy can reduce pain and promote recovery of knee function,it is a feasible and effective nursing model to improve the scores of cognition,behavior,status and nursing satisfaction.
