摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施优质护理的临床价值,并分析其对孕妇血糖控制情况与BMI的影响.方法选择我院2021年3月-2022年3月收治的98例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法对患者分组,研究组和对照组各49例,对照组行常规护理,研究组实施优质护理干预,比较两组护理前后血糖水平、体质量,详细记录两组妊娠结局和并发症发生情况与剖宫产率.结果两组护理前血糖水平、体质量无差异(P>0.05),护理后,研究组血糖水平低于对照组,研究组妊娠结局优于对照组,研究组体质量低于对照组,研究组剖宫产率(40.82%)低于对照组(59.18%),研究组并发症发生率(8.16%)低于对照组(30.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的血糖控制方面有重要价值,不仅能够给予孕妇足够的重视,还能够通过制定相关计划,改善孕妇妊娠结局,降低新生儿并发症,值得临床应用.
Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing for pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and to analyze its impact on blood glucose control and BMI.Methods 98 pregnant women with gestational diabetes treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The study group and the control group had 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received high-quality nursing intervention.The blood glucose level and body mass of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and the pregnancy outcome,complications and cesarean section rate of the two groups were recorded in detail.Results There was no difference in blood glucose level and body mass between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the pregnancy outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group,the body mass of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the cesarean section rate of the study group(40.82%)was lower than that of the control group(59.18%),and the incidence of complications of the study group(8.16%)was lower than that of the control group(30.61%).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion High quality nursing has important value in blood glucose control of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.It can not only give pregnant women enough attention,but also improve pregnant outcomes and reduce neonatal complications through formulating relevant plans.It is worthy of clinical application.
