摘要
部门业务绩效考核是提升学校内部质量管理、落实立德树人根本任务的重要手段,当前在信息化飞速发展的今天,在教育信息化2.0全面实施阶段,高校绩效考核制度、平台等都存在明显问题.本文从高校业务考核面临的挑战分析当前存在的根本问题,并提出基于大数据治理的方案,充分利用现有业务系统运行数据和考核系统数据建立大数据中心,通过数据综合分析形成业绩考核报告和业务预警通知.实现业务量化,考核公开、公正、公平,通过考核循序渐进提升业务水平完善业务考核制度,全面提升学校科学管理水平和综合竞争力.
Department business performance appraisal is an important means to improve the internal quality management of the school and implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and Cultivating People.At present,with the rapid development of informatization and the full implementation stage of Educational Informatization 2.0,there are obvious problems in the performance appraisal system and platform of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current fundamental problems from the challenges faced by business assessment in Colleges and universities,and puts forward a scheme based on big data center,makes full use of the existing business system operation data and assessment system data to establish a big data center,and forms performance assessment report and business early warning notice through comprehensive data analysis.Realize business quantification,open,just and fair assessment,gradually improve business level through assessment,improve business assessment system,and comprehensively improve the scientific management level and comprehensive competitiveness of the school.
