摘要
目的探讨实施下肢动脉球囊导管扩张人工支架植入术后的护理干预服务措施及效果.方法选取2020年2月-2021年3月在本医院接受下肢动脉球囊导管扩张人工支架植入术干预的66例患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表发分为两组,每组各33例.参照组术后实施基础护理服务策略,试验组术后落实全面护理干预措施.比较两组的术后并发症发生率和护理满意度.结果试验组手术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组,护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在行下肢动脉球囊导管扩张人工支架植入术后提供全面护理干预服务措施得到的效果较优.
Objective This paper aims to evaluate the specific nursing intervention measures and effects after lower extremity artery balloon catheter expansion and artificial stent implantation.Methods 66 patients who received lower extremity artery balloon catheter expansion and artificial stent implantation in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were studied,which were divided into two groups according to the random number table,33 cases in each group.The reference group implemented basic nursing service strategy after operation,and the experimental group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention measures after operation.The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures after lower extremity artery balloon catheter expansion and artificial stent implantation is better.
