持续质量改进管理对ICU血液透析患者营养状况及不良事件发生的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Continuous Quality Improvement Management on Nutritional Status and Adverse Events in ICU Hemodialysis Patients

摘要 目的探讨持续质量改进管理在重症监护室(ICU)血液透析患者中的应用价值.方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院ICU收治的血液透析患者68例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各34例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用持续质量改进管理,两组均干预14 d.比较两组护理效果.结果观察组干预后血清白蛋白(TRF)、转铁蛋白(SF)水平高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论持续质量改进管理能够改善ICU血液透析患者的营养状态,减少不良事件的发生. Objective This paper aims to explore the application value of continuous quality improvement management in hemodialysis patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 68 hemodialysis patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with continuous quality improvement management.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of serum albumin(TRF)and transferrin(SF)in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement management can improve the nutritional status of ICU hemodialysis patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
