摘要 随着城市交通网升级改造,新建市政桥梁与高铁不可避免立交.为减少桥梁施工对高铁运营影响,上跨桥梁采用安全可靠的转体法施工技术已开始推广.结合南宁市亭洪路上跨铁路立交桥跨高铁站成功转体实践,阐述大跨度无合龙段箱梁在转体施工中转体核心系统安装技术、不平衡配重及体系转换顶梁安装支座等关键技术及改进措施,为同类桥梁转体施工积累丰富经验,可为类似工程提供技术参考. With the upgrading and transformation of urban traffc network,new municipal bridges and high-speed railways will inevitably interchange.In order to reduce the impact of bridge construction on the operation of high-speed railway,the safe and reliable swivel construction technology for upper-span bridges has been popularized.Combining with the successful practice of the high-apeed railway station ecross the overpass on the Tinghong Road in Nanning City,the author briely described the key technologies and improvement measures for the rotating core system,such as installation technology,unbalanced weight and the intallation support for the top beam,so as to accumulate rich experiences for similar bridges and provide technical reference for similar projects.
