摘要
化学试剂作为食品检验检测机构不可或缺的一类重要实验物质,如果使用或者管理不当,会造成严重的后果,因此,加强化学试剂的安全使用和管理尤为必要。本文介绍了目前食品检验检测实验室常用的一些化学试剂及存在的问题,分析化学试剂管理工作的重要性,最后探析化学试剂安全管理的具体事宜,实现从试剂采购到废液处置全流程的精细化使用和管理,杜绝安全事故发生,为食品安全检测保驾护航。
Chemical reagents as an indispensable class of important experimental materials for food inspection and testing institutions,if the use or improper management,will cause serious consequences,therefore,it is particularly necessary to strengthen the safe use and management of chemical reagents.This paper introduced some chemical reagents commonly used in food inspection and testing laboratories and the existing problems,analyzed the importance of chemical reagent management,and finally analyzed the specific matters of chemical reagent safety management,so as to realize the fine use and management of the whole process from reagent procurement to waste liquid disposal,prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,and escort food safety testing.
