摘要
为了保障海上油田生产设备的稳定运行,降低金属材质的腐蚀速率,开发出一种适合海上油田应用的缓蚀剂H-80.对缓蚀剂H-80进行红外图谱检测、乳化倾向实验、油水分配实验、动态腐蚀速率测定实验,通过红外图谱检测在1623 cm-1处缓蚀剂H-80存在咪唑啉环C=N伸缩振动形成的特征吸收峰,在1549 cm-1处存在N-H弯曲振动特征吸收峰,这些特征峰可以表明该产物为咪唑啉季铵盐;通过乳化倾向实验表明,加入缓蚀剂H-80后,油水分层界面清晰,油水分离时间短,缓蚀剂乳化倾向较小;通过油水分配实验表明,通过在608 nm的波长下,吸光度与缓蚀剂H-80浓度建立线性方程,得出缓蚀剂H-80在水中的分配比为67%,在油中的分配比为33%;通过动态腐蚀速率测定实验表明,实验条件为高压釜转速为451 r/m,评价温度98℃,试片为Q345钢,加药浓度为30 mg/L,实验水样为现场生产模拟水,挂片腐蚀速率为0.0549 mm/a,缓蚀率为94.48%.综上,缓蚀剂H-80是一种咪唑啉季铵盐类型的缓蚀剂,具有乳化倾向低,水中分配比高,缓蚀率高的特点.
In order to ensure the stable operation of production equipment in offshore oil field and reduce the corrosion rate of metal materials,a corrosion inhibitor H-80 suitable for offshore oil field is developed.The infrared spectrum detection,emulsification tendency experiment,oil-water distribution experiment and dynamic corrosion rate measurement experiment were carried out for the inhibitor H-80.The characteristic absorption peak of imidazoline ring C=n stretching vibration was detected at 1623 cm-1,and the characteristic absorption peak of N-H bending vibration was found at 1549 cm-1.These characteristic peaks can show that the product is imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt The experiment of emulsification tendency shows that after adding inhibitor H-80,the interface of oil-water stratification is clear,the time of oil-water separation is short,and the emulsification tendency of inhibitor is small;through the experiment of oil-water distribution,the linear equation is established between the absorbance and the concentration of inhibitor H-80 at the wavelength of 608 NM,the distribution ratio of inhibitor H-80 in water is 67%,and the distribution ratio in oil is 33%;through the dynamic corrosion rate The experimental results show that the rotating speed of autoclave is 451 r/m,the evaluation temperature is 98℃,the test piece is Q345 steel,the dosing concentration is 30 mg/L,the experimental water sample is the field production simulation water,the corrosion rate of hanging piece is 0.0549 mm/a,and the corrosion inhibition rate is 94.48%.In conclusion,the inhibitor H-80 is a kind of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,which has the characteristics of low emulsification tendency,high water distribution ratio and high corrosion inhibition rate.
