摘要
地下储气库具有季节调峰、应急保供、战略储备等重要作用,国内多次出现"气荒",国家相关部委要求加快储气调峰设施建设.本文详细分析了辽河油田大规模建设地下储气库的诸多有利条件、对辽河油田发展转型的重要意义、带来的良好社会效益和经济效益、辽河油田地下储气库建设中远期规划,以及面临的挑战.
Underground gas storage plays an important role in seasonal peak regulation,emergency supply protection and strategic reserve.There have been many“gas shortages”in China.Relevant ministries and commissions of the state require to accelerate the construction of gas storage and peak regulation facilities.This paper analyzes in detail the advantages of large-scale underground gas storage in Liaohe oilfield,the significance of the development and transformation of Liaohe oilfield,the good social and economic benefits it brings,the medium and long-term planning of underground gas storage in Liaohe oilfield,and the challenges it faces.
