摘要
在历史因素和现实因素的交织下,长期以来大运河文化带文化产业面临低水平发展、整体协调能力差等问题,亟待优化升级.立足于此,从发展现状、基础环境和驱动因素三个维度构建文化产业优化升级能力评价指标体系.选取2016年相关数据,运用熵值法和突变级数法对大运河文化带沿线区域文化产业优化升级能力进行评价.结果表明,各省市文化产业优化升级能力呈现出较大的差异性,江苏、北京、山东和浙江四省市超过区域的平均值,而河南、安徽、河北和天津四地则低于该均值.为有效推动沿线区域文化产业优化升级能力的整体提升,各地应依托本地运河文化资源,积极对接国家重大发展战略,探索建立跨区域协作机制,促进文化产业与其他产业的深度融合发展,实现沿线区域文化产业协同发展.
Affected by both the historical and realistic factors,the cultural industry in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt has faced the problems like low-level development and poor overall coordination ability for a long term,and it needs optimization and upgrading urgently.On this basis,this paper constructs the index system for evaluating the cultural industry optimization and upgrading ability from the three dimensions of current development status,basic environment and driving factors.Based on relevant data of 2016,this paper evaluates the cultural industry optimization and upgrading ability of the regions along the Grand Canal Cultural Belt with entropy and catastrophe progression method.The results show that,the cultural industry optimization and upgrading ability of each province and city differs greatly,that of Jiangsu,Beijing,Shandong and Zhejiang is higher than the regional average value,while that of Henan,Anhui,Hebei and Tianjin is lower than the average value.To effectively promote the overall enhancement of the cultural industry optimization and upgrading ability of the regions along the Belt,each place should,by relying on local canal cultural resources and actively connecting with national major development strategies,explore the establishment of cross-regional coordination mechanism,promote the deep integration and development of cultural industry and other industries,and realize the coordinated development of cultural industry in the regions along the line.
