低秩分解在纺织品有害物质安全检测中的应用研究

摘要 纺织品生产过程中传统有害物质检测方法通常操作过程繁琐,消耗的时间较长,并且检测精度得不到保障,导致大量有害物质未被检测出来,严重威胁人体健康.因此,通过开展基于低秩分解的纺织品有害物质安全检测研究,对选择检测设备与试剂、构建基于低秩分解的有害物质低秩表示模型、计算纺织品有害物质富集因子等多个环节进行设计,提出一种全新的检测方法.通过实验证明,与传统检测方法相比,新的检测方法其精度更高,且能检测出更多种类型的有害物质,是一种绿色、高效、简便的检测方法. In the process of textile production,the traditional detection method of harmful substances is usually complicated,consumes a long time,and the detection accuracy is not guaranteed,which leads to a large number of harmful substances not being detected,which seriously threatens human health.Therefore,by carrying out the research on the safety detection of harmful substances in textiles based on low rank decomposition,a new detection method is proposed for selecting detection equipment and reagents,constructing a low rank representation model of harmful substances based on low rank decomposition,and calculating the enrichment factors of harmful substances in textiles.The experimental results show that the new method has higher precision and can be compared with the traditional method Enough to detect more types of harmful substances,is a green,efficient,simple detection method.
