摘要
目的探讨体外膈肌起搏器联合渐进抗阻吸气训练在颈脊髓损伤患者中的临床效果.方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的60例颈脊髓损伤患者为研究对象.将患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组采用常规呼吸训练,观察组使用体外膈肌起搏器联合渐进抗阻吸气训练.对比两组呼吸功能、呼吸困难程度及生活质量.结果治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、最大通气量、用力肺活量均较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组Brog呼吸困难评分量表及圣乔治呼吸问卷评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采取体外膈肌起搏器联合渐进抗阻吸气训练治疗,能够改善颈脊髓损伤患者的呼吸功能及呼吸困难程度,提升患者生活质量.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracorporeal diaphragm pacemaker combined with progressive anti-obstructive inspiratory training in patients with cervical spinal cord injury.Methods 60 patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine breathing training,and the observation group received extracorporeal diaphragm pacemaker combined with progressive anti-obstructive inspiratory training.Respiratory function,dyspnea and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,forced expiratory volume for first second,maximum volume of air and forced vital capacity of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Brog dyspnea scale and St.George's respiratory questionnaire in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal diaphragm pacemaker combined with progressive anti-obstructive inspiratory training can improve the respiratory function and dyspnea of patients with cervical spinal cord injury,and improve the quality of life of patients.
