摘要
目的分析舒肝解郁胶囊联合文拉法辛对帕金森病合并抑郁患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2022年11月扬州市精神卫生防治中心收治的90例帕金森病合并抑郁患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=45)及对照组(n=45)。两组均采用左旋多巴片控制帕金森病进展,在此基础上,对照组采用文拉法辛治疗,研究组采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗。比较两组患者的帕金森病状况评分、日常生活能力及血清神经递质水平。结果治疗6个月后,研究组的帕金森病评定量表评分为(43.59±4.82)分,低于对照组的(45.87±5.13)分,日常生活能力量表评分为(75.58±4.10)分,高于对照组的(73.17±3.86)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,研究组的血清5-HT、脑源性神经营养因子水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的效果理想,可控制患者帕金森病病情,提高其日常生活能力,改善血清神经递质水平,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effects of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with venlafaxine on 5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT)level and ability of daily living in patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with depression.Methods 90 patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with depression admitted to Yangzhou Mental Health Prevention Center from August 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a study group(n=45)and a control group(n=45)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with levodopa tablets to control the progression of Parkinson's disease.On this basis,the control group was treated with venlafaxine,and the study group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with venlafaxine.The Parkinson's disease status score,daily living ability and serum neurotransmitter levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the unified Parkinsons disease rating scale score of the study group was(43.59±4.82)points,lower than(45.87±5.13)points of the control group,and the ability of daily living scale score was(75.58±4.10)points,higher than(73.17±3.86)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum 5-HT and brain-derived neurotrophic factor in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with depression is ideal,which can control the condition of Parkinson's disease,improve the ability of daily life and improve the level of serum neurotransmitter,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
