摘要
目的探讨补肾平肝活血方联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年高血压的效果。方法选择2020年3月—2022年12月武山县中医医院收治的90例老年高血压患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上采用补肾平肝活血方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平、血液流变学指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的红细胞压积、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原浓度均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用补肾平肝活血方联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年高血压能提高疗效,降低患者血压,改善其血液流变学,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Pinggan Huoxue Prescription combined with shakubatryl valsartan in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Wushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shakubatryl valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Pinggan Huoxue Prescription on this basis.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels,hemorheology index levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 71.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hematocrit,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,red blood cell aggregation index and fibrinogen concentration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Pinggan Huoxue Prescription combined with shakubatryl valsartan can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the blood pressure and improve the hemorheology of patients with senile hypertension,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
