摘要
目的探究宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫瘢痕憩室患者的效果.方法选取博山区计划生育服务中心区妇幼保健院2018年12月—2021年12月收治的80例子宫瘢痕憩室患者为研究对象,按照手术方式分为经阴组与宫腔镜组,每组40例.经阴组采用经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除缝合术治疗,宫腔镜组则采用宫腔镜电切术治疗.比较两组患者的手术相关情况包括术中出血量、住院时间等,记录月经来潮时间及疼痛情况.结果宫腔镜组的治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于经阴组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).宫腔镜组住院、阴道出血、排气、月经来潮和经期时间均短于经阴组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术中出血量少于经阴组;术后疼痛视觉模拟评分低于经阴组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).宫腔镜组的复发率为7.50%,低于经阴组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫瘢痕憩室效果显著,可以提高术后恢复时间,但对月经情况影响较大.
Objective To investigate the effects of hysteroscopic resection in patients with uterine scar diverticulum.Methods 80 with uterine scar diverticula admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Boshan District Family Planning Service Center from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a transvaginal group and a hysteroscopic group according to the surgical method,with 40 cases in each group.The transvaginal group was treated with transvaginal resection and suturing of uterine scar diverticulum,and the hysteroscopic group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection.The operative conditions of the two groups were compared,including intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,etc.,and the duration of menstruation and pain were recorded.Results The total effective rate of hysteroscopy group was 87.50%,which was higher than 62.50%of the transvaginal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hospitalization,vaginal bleeding,exhaust gas,menstruation and menstrual duration in hysteroscopic group were shorter than those in transvaginal group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation was less than that in the transvaginal group,the visual analogue score of postoperative pain was lower than that of transvaginal group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the hysteroscope group was 7.50%,which was lower than 30.00%of the transvaginal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrocision has a significant effect on the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum,which can improve postoperative recovery time,but has a significant impact on menstrual status.
