摘要
目的探讨口腔修复患者使用二氧化锆修复体的临床效果。方法选择2021年10月—2022年10月于枣庄市峄城区中医院行口腔修复的患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=40)采用镍铬合金材质修复体治疗,观察组(n=40)采用二氧化锆修复体治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、牙龈指标及咀嚼功能。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素-6水平(23.93±3.65)ng/L、白细胞介素-8水平(71.74±7.82)ng/L及肿瘤坏死因子水平(3.53±0.52)μg/L均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组菌斑指数评分(0.33±0.01)分、出血指数评分(0.33±0.05)分、牙龈指数评分(0.25±0.12)均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼效率(90.39±8.15)%及咬合力(150.78±4.94)Ibs均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔种植修复中采用二氧化锆修复体效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of zirconia prosthesis in patients with oral cavity restoration.Methods 80 patients who underwent oral restoration at Yicheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zaozhuang City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The research subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with Ni-Cr alloy prosthesis,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with zirconia prosthesis.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,gingival index and masticatory function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(23.93±3.65)ng/L,interleukin-8(71.74±7.82)ng/L and tumor necrosis factor(3.53±0.52)μg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Plaque index score(0.33±0.01)points,bleeding index score(0.33±0.05)points and gingival index score(0.25±0.12)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency(90.39±8.15)%and bite force(150.78±4.94)Ibs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide is effective in dental implant restoration,which is worth popularizing.
