摘要
目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法选取2022年3—10月呼和浩特市第一医院收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用比索洛尔治疗,观察组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,均持续12周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血管内皮功能、心功能指标及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组的血浆内皮素水平低于对照组,一氧化氮、降钙素基因相关肽水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组的左心室收缩末期内径与左心室舒张末期内径均短于对照组;左心室后壁厚度薄于对照组,左心室射血分数高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭,可显著提高临床疗效,促进患者心功能及血管内皮功能改善,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effects of shakubatrivarsartan combined with bisoprolol on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the First Hospital of Hohhot from March to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bisoprolol,and the observation group was treated with shakubatrivarsartan combined with bisoprolol.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the plasma endothelin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the levels of nitric oxide and calcitonin generelated peptide were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the posterior wall thickness of left ventricle was thinner than that of control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic heart failure with shakubatrivarsartan combined with bisoprolol can significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and is safe and reliable.
