摘要
目的分析麦角新碱联合Bakri球囊填塞对产后出血患者凝血功能及出血量的影响.方法选择2020年2月—2022年3月本院收治的80例产后出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40).对照组采用子宫填塞球囊(Bakri)填塞宫腔,观察组在此基础上采用麦角新碱治疗.对比两组患者的凝血功能、产后出血量及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的纤维蛋白原水平高于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组产后0.5 h内、2h内及24h内出血量分别为(103.18±8.34)mL、(136.81±12.54)mL、(214.33±21.83)mL,均少于对照组的(132.27±10.59)mL、(186.43±18.34)mL、(264.72±26.84)mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论产后出血患者采用麦角新碱联合Bakri球囊填塞治疗的效果显著,能明显抑制产后出血,改善其凝血功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of ergometrine combined with Bakri balloon tamponade on blood coagulation function and bleeding volume in postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with uterine tamponade balloon(Bakri)uterus packing,while the observation group was treated with ergometrine on this basis.The coagulation function,postpartum bleeding volume and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fibrinogen level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the activated partial thrombin time and prothrombin time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding volume within 0.5 h,2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were(103.18±8.34)mL,(136.81±12.54)mL and(214.33±21.83)mL,respectively,less than(132.27±10.59)mL,(186.43±18.34)mL and(264.72±26.84)mL in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ergometrine combined with Bakri balloon tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage patients is significant,which can significantly inhibit postpartum hemorrhage and improve the coagulation function,with high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
