摘要
目的探讨肺部微波照射联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎(MPP)的效果.方法选择2020年4月—2021年12月本院收治的MPP患儿104例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组52例.对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上采用肺部微波照射治疗,两组均持续治疗21 d.对比两组患儿的临床疗效、免疫功能、症状改善及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平分别为(67.60±10.44)%、(37.36±6.70)%、(1.66±0.30),均高于对照组的(62.65±11.63)%、(33.15±6.12)%、(1.36±0.28),CD8^(+)水平为(22.35±2.97)%,低于对照组的(24.26±3.14)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的退热、咳嗽消失、肺部啰音消失及肺部阴影消失时间分别为(3.44±0.72)d、(4.79±1.32)d、(4.53±1.38)d、(7.22±1.46)d,均短于对照组的(4.06±1.01)d、(6.30±1.46)d、(6.63±1.42)d、(8.85±1.89)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论MMP患儿采用肺部微波照射联合阿奇霉素治疗的效果显著,能显著提升其免疫功能,促进临床症状消退,且应用安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary microwave irradiation combined with azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods 104 children with MPP admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with pulmonary microwave irradiation on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 21 days.The clinical efficacy,immune function,symptom improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 84.62%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were(67.60±10.44)%,(37.36±6.70)%and(1.66±0.30),respectively,which were higher than(62.65±11.63)%,(33.15±6.12)%and(1.36±0.28)in the control group,while the CD8^(+)level was(22.35±2.97)%,lower than(24.26±3.14)%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of fever reduction,cough disappearance,lung rales disappearance and lung shadow disappearance were(3.44±0.72)d,(4.79±1.32)d,(4.53±1.38)d and(7.22±1.46)d,respectively,which were shorter than(4.06±1.01)d,(6.30±1.46)d,(6.63±1.42)d and(8.85±1.89)d in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of pulmonary microwave irradiation combined with azithromycin in MMP children is significant,which can significantly improve the immune function and promote the regression of clinical symptoms,and the application is safe and reliable.
