摘要
目的分析发声量化训练联合支撑喉镜下低温等离子手术对声带息肉患者的影响.方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的86例声带息肉患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组行支撑喉镜下低温等离子手术,观察组在对照组基础上于术后进行发声量化训练,训练至术后1个月.对比两组患者的嗓音障碍严重程度及嗓音质量指标.结果术后1个月,观察组的嗓音障碍指数量表评分为(24.20±2.54)分,低于对照组的(38.48±3.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1个月,观察组的基础音频为(279.48±13.26)Hz,高于对照组的(220.31±11.58)Hz,最长发音时间为(16.56±2.31)s,长于对照组的(10.97±1.85)s,基频微扰为(1.57±0.38)%,低于对照组的(2.03±0.51)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用发声量化训练联合支撑喉镜下低温等离子手术治疗声带息肉患者的效果明显,能减轻其嗓音障碍,促进发声功能恢复,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To analyze the effect of quantitative voice training combined with cryoplasma surgery under laryngoscope on vocal cord polyps.Methods 86 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received cryoplasma surgery under laryngoscope,and the observation group received quantitative voice training after surgery until 1 month after surgery on the basis of the control group.The severity of voice disorder and voice quality indexes were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after surgery,the score of voice handicap index in the observation group was(24.20±2.54)points,which was lower than(38.48±3.16)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the basic audio frequency of the observation group was(279.48±13.26)Hz,higher than(220.31±11.58)Hz of the control group,the longest pronunciation time was(16.56±2.31)s,longer than(10.97±1.85)s of the control group,and the fundamental frequency disturbance was(1.57±0.38)%,lower than(2.03±0.51)%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of quantitative voice training combined with cryoplasma surgery under laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyp patients is obvious,can reduce the voice disorder,promote the recovery of vocal function,and has high clinical application value.
