中频脉冲电刺激联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能康复的影响

Effect of Intermediate Frequency Pulse Electrical Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Functional Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘要 目的分析中频脉冲电刺激联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能康复的影响.方法采用随机数字表法将我院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为两组,每组50例.对照组进行常规康复训练,研究组在此基础上采用中频脉冲电刺激干预.比较两组患者的运动功能、平衡能力、日常生活能力及临床疗效.结果研究组干预后的上、下肢运动能力评分分别为(46.35±3.43)分、(23.23±2.82)分,均高于对照组的(41.54±3.12)分、(20.32±2.65)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组干预后的Berg平衡量表、日常生活活动能力量表评分分别为(40.34±10.23)分、(78.88±5.65)分,均高于对照组的(33.73±9.45)分、(72.36±5.32)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的干预总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中频脉冲电刺激干预有利于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动、平衡功能及日常生活能力,康复效果显著,值得临床推广使用. Objective To analyze the effect of intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on functional rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the study group received intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation on this basis.The motor function,balance ability,daily living ability and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the motor ability scores of upper and lower limbs in the study group were(46.35±3.43)points and(23.23±2.82)points,respectively,which were higher than(41.54±3.12)points and(20.32±2.65)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Berg balance scale and daily living ability after intervention in the study group were(40.34±10.23)points and(78.88±5.65)points,respectively,which were higher than(33.73±9.45)points and(72.36±5.32)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation intervention is beneficial to improve the movement,balance function and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,the rehabilitation effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
