低频电刺激联合主动运动训练对肘关节骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of Low-Frequency Electrical Stimulation Combined with Active Exercise Training on Functional Recovery of Patients with Elbow Fracture after Operation

摘要 目的探讨低频电刺激联合主动运动训练对肘关节骨折术后患者功能恢复的影响.方法选取2020年10月—2022年7月该院收治的64例肘关节骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例.两组均经手术治疗,术后,对照组进行主动运动训练,观察组在此基础上采用低频电刺激治疗,均持续3个月.比较两组患者的肘关节功能、关节活动度及生活质量.结果治疗后,观察组Mayo肘关节功能评分中的稳定性、疼痛、日常活动、运动功能评分及总分分别为(8.39±1.55)分、(43.33±1.21)分、(23.55±1.32)分、(18.76±1.21)分、(93.11±5.03)分,均高于对照组的(7.33±1.24)分、(39.72±1.15)分、(20.87±1.06)分、(15.32±1.07)分、(84.01±4.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的前臂旋前度、前臂旋后度、关节屈曲度分别为(73.04±6.11).、(68.22±5.59).、(116.22±10.19).,均大于对照组的(66.55±5.71).、(61.39±5.08).、(107.62±9.37).,关节伸直度为(26.53±4.09).,小于对照组的(31.33±4.86).,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的健康状况调查简表评分为(82.34±2.74)分,高于对照组的(74.53±1.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频电刺激联合主动运动训练能有效提升肘关节骨折术后患者的关节活动度,利于其术后快速恢复. Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with active exercise training on functional recovery of patients with elbow fracture after operation.Methods 64 patients with elbow fracture treated in this hospital from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery.After surgery,the control group received active exercise training,and the observation group received low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy on this basis.Both groups lasted for 3 months.The elbow function,range of motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the stability,pain,daily activity,motor function and total score of Mayo elbow performance score in the observation group were(8.39±1.55)points,(43.33±1.21)points,(23.55±1.32)points,(18.76±1.21)points,(93.11±5.03)points,respectively,which were higher than(7.33±1.24)points,(39.72±1.15)points,(20.87±1.06)points,(15.32±1.07)points and(84.01±4.21)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forearm pronation,forearm pronation and joint flexion in observation group were(73.04±6.11)。,(68.22±5.59)。and(116.22±10.19)。,respectively,which were higher than(66.55±5.71)。,(61.39±5.08)。,(107.62±9.37)。in the control group,and the joint elongation was(26.53±4.09)。,which was lower than(31.33±4.86)。of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MOS item short from health survey score of the observation group was(82.34±2.74)points,higher than that(74.53±1.62)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-Frequency electrical stimulation combined with active exercise training can effectively improve the range of motion of patients with elbow fracture and facilitate their rapid recovery after surgery.
