摘要
目的分析威伐光联合干扰电治疗肩关节功能障碍的效果.方法选取南京医科大学附属明基医院康复医学科2019年9月—2022年6月收治的肩关节周围炎或因创伤造成肩关节疼痛伴功能障碍患者45例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组.所有患者均接受关节松动术治疗,在此基础上,A组采用干扰电治疗,B组采用威伐光治疗,C组采用威伐光联合干扰电治疗.比较三组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分及肩关节功能评分.结果治疗前,三组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3周后,三组的VAS评分均降低,且C组的VAS评分为(2.88±1.02)分、(0.61±0.17)分,低于A组及B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,三组的肩功能评分量表(CMS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3周后,三组的CMS评分均升高,且C组的CMS评分为(63.67±6.86)分、(79.88±11.12)分,高于A组及B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩关节功能障碍患者采用威伐光联合干扰电治疗,可有效缓解肩关节疼痛感,改善肩关节功能障碍,促进肩关节功能恢复,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of Warfarin combined with interference electrotherapy on shoulder joint dysfunction.Methods 45 patients with shoulder periarthritis or shoulder pain with functional dysfunction caused by trauma admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,BenQ Medical Center Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from September 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into Group A,B and C by random number table method.All patients were treated with joint loosening.On this basis,Group A was treated with interference electrotherapy,Group B was treated with Warfarin therapy,and Group C was treated with interference electrotherapy combined with Warfarin therapy.The pain scores and shoulder joint function scores of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the three groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were decreased,and the VAS scores of Group C were(2.88±1.02)points and(0.61±0.17)points,which were lower than those of Group A and Group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Scale(CMS)among the three groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 3 weeks of treatment,the CMS scores of the three groups were increased,and the CMS scores of Group C were(63.67±6.86)points and(79.88±11.12)points,which were higher than those of Group A and Group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with shoulder joint dysfunction,the combination of Warfarin and interference electrotherapy can effectively relieve shoulder joint pain,improve shoulder joint dysfunction,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,worthy of clinical application.
