摘要
目的分析牙列缺损患者拔牙后行引导骨再生术联合延期种植修复的效果.方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月本院收治的74例牙列缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组37例.对照组在拔牙后行常规处理,观察组在拔牙后行引导骨再生术,两组均延期接受种植体植入,观察至种植术后3个月.对比两组的种植效果、牙槽嵴骨吸收量、牙槽骨情况、美学效果及就医满意度.结果观察组的种植总有效率、就医满意度分别为94.59%、91.89%,均高于对照组的78.38%、72.97%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月,观察组的唇腭(舌)向骨吸收量、垂直向骨吸收量均少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月,观察组的牙槽骨高度、宽度、骨密度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1、3个月,观察组的红色美学指数评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论牙列缺损患者在拔牙后接受引导骨再生术联合延期种植修复治疗的效果显著,可减少拔牙造成的牙槽骨吸收,改善拔牙后牙槽骨的高度与宽度,获得满意的美学效果与就医满意度,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To analyze the effect of guided bone regeneration combined with delayed implant repair on patients with dentition defect after tooth extraction.Methods A total of 74 patients with dental defect admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment after tooth extraction,and the observation group received guided bone regeneration after tooth extraction.Both groups received delayed implant implantation and were observed until 3 months after implantation.The implantation effect,alveolar bone resorption amount,alveolar bone condition,aesthetic effect and medical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction of medical treatment in the observation group were 94.59%and 91.89%,respectively,higher than 78.38%and 72.97%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the lip palatal(lingual)bone absorption and vertical bone absorption in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the alveolar bone height,width and bone density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 and 3 months after surgery,the pink esthetic scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided bone regeneration combined with delayed implantation can reduce alveolar bone resorption caused by tooth extraction,improve the height and width of alveolar bone after tooth extraction,and obtain satisfactory aesthetic effect and satisfaction with medical treatment,which is of high clinical application value.
