摘要
目的探讨人类职能模式康复训练结合药物治疗对精神分裂症患者社会功能及病耻感的影响.方法选择2019年7月—2022年2月我院收治的精神分裂症患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.两组均接受常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组进行人类职能模式康复训练,均持续干预3个月.对比两组患者的社会功能、病耻感及精神症状.结果干预后,观察组的住院精神患者社会功能评定量表中日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会性活动技能得分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的精神疾病患者病耻感量表中文版中歧视、病情掩饰、积极效应分量表得分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的阳性与阴性症状量得分为(58.50±4.16)分,低于对照组的(65.62±5.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论人类职能模式康复训练联合药物治疗能减轻精神分裂症患者的精神症状,改善其社会功能,减轻其病耻感,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of human functional model rehabilitation training combined with drug therapy on social function and stigma in schizophrenic patients.Methods 70 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to February 2022 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional drug therapy.On this basis,the control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received human functional model rehabilitation training.Both groups continued intervention for 3 months.The social functioning,stigma and psychiatric symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of daily living ability,mobility and communication status,and social activity skills in the scale social function psychosis inpatients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of stigma scale for mental illness-Chinese version in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of positive and negative syndrome scale in the observation group was(58.50±4.16)points,which was lower than(65.62±5.44)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of human functional model rehabilitation training and drug therapy can reduce the mental symptoms,improve the social function and reduce the stigma of schizophrenia patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
