摘要
目的探究血脂康胶囊联合依折麦布对老年高脂血症患者血脂水平及血液流变学的影响.方法选择本院2020年6月—2022年3月收治的86例老年高脂血症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各43例.对照组口服血脂康胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上加用依折麦布,治疗时间均为3个月.比较两组临床疗效、血脂水平、血液流变学、安全性.结果观察组治疗总有效率95.35%高于对照组的79.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前血脂水平、血液流变学指标对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后总胆固醇水平(2.90±0.48)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(1.89±0.17)mmol/L均低于对照组,全血高切黏度(4.86±0.64)mPa·s、全血低切黏度(8.38±1.05)mPa·s、血浆黏度(1.29±0.08)mPa·s、红细胞压积(0.34±0.04)%均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、不良反应发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论在老年高脂血症患者中采用血脂康胶囊联合依折麦布治疗效果显著,能够有效调节血脂水平,改善血液流变学,且安全可靠,具有临床推广价值.
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang capsule combined with ezetimibe on blood lipid level and hemorheology in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 86 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group took Xuezhikang capsule orally,and the observation group added ezetimibe on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid level,hemorheology and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 79.10%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in blood lipid level and hemorheology index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the total cholesterol level(2.90±0.48)mmol/L and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level(1.89±0.17)mmol/L in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,whole blood high shear viscosity(4.86±0.64)mPa·s,whole blood low shear viscosity(8.38±1.05)mPa·s,plasma viscosity(1.29±0.08)mPa·s,hematocrit(0.34±0.04)%were lower than those of control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Xuezhikang capsule combined with ezetimibe in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia has a remarkable treatment effect,which can effectively regulate the level of blood lipids and improve hemorheology,which is safe and reliable,and has clinical promotion value.
