摘要
目的探讨益气健脾汤对腹腔镜下结肠冗长切除术患者术后康复的作用.方法选择2016年1月—2022年3月于本院行腹腔镜下结肠冗长切除术的患者40例,以随机数表法分为对照组(n=20)及观察组(n=20),对照组术后采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用益气健脾汤治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状与大便性状积分,检测治疗前后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,并统计不良反应发生率.结果治疗后,观察组的排便困难、排便时间、排便频率、腹胀、大便性状积分分别为(0.35±0.10)分、(0.31±0.12)分、(0.32±0.11)分、(0.26±0.09)分、(0.41±0.15)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论腹腔镜下结肠冗长切除术患者术后采用益气健脾汤治疗能改善其临床症状及粪便性状,减轻机体炎症反应,用药安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing long laparoscopic colectomy.Methods 40 patients who underwent laparoscopic lengthy colectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=20)and an observation group(n=20)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine after operation,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction on this basis.The clinical symptoms and stool trait scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were detected,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results After treatment,the defecation difficulty,defecation time,defecation frequency,abdominal distension and stool trait scores of the observation group were(0.35±0.10)points,(0.31±0.12)points,(0.32±0.11)points,(0.26±0.09)points,(0.41±0.15)points,which were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and fecal traits of patients with long colon after laparoscopic treatment,and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,which is safe and reliable.
