运动贴扎技术联合本体感觉训练对踝关节扭伤患者踝关节功能及平衡功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Exercise Binding Technique Combined with Proprioception Training on Ankle Joint Function and Balance Function in Patients with Ankle Sprain

摘要 目的分析运动贴扎技术联合本体感觉训练对踝关节扭伤患者踝关节功能及平衡功能的影响.方法选取2018年5月-2021年5月该院收治的踝关节扭伤患者100例,根据随机数字表法将患者分对照组50例和观察组50例.对照组采用运动贴扎技术,观察组在对照组基础上联合本体感觉训练,持续4周.比较两组干预前后患侧胫前肌肌电积分值(iEMG)、美国足踝外科医师协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分、X轴平均位移(Mcd)、Y轴平均位移(Msd).结果干预前,两组患侧胫前肌iEMG、AOFAS踝-后足评分、Mcd、Msd比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患侧胫前肌iEMG、AOFAS踝-后足评分均高于对照组,Mcd、Msd均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在踝关节扭伤患者中采用运动贴扎技术联合本体感觉训练,能有效增强患侧肌力,促进踝关节功能及平衡功能恢复. Objective To analyze the effect of exercise binding technique combined with proprioception training on ankle joint function and balance function of patients with ankle sprain.Methods 100 patients with ankle sprain admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group of 50 cases and the observation group of 50 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with exercise binding technique,and the observation group was treated with proprioception training on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 weeks.The tibialis anterior muscle integrated EMG(iEMG),ankle-foot scores of American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS),Mcd and Msd of the affected limbs were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in tibialis anterior muscle iEMG,anklefoot scores of AOFAS,Mcd and Msd between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the tibialis anterior muscle iEMG,ankle-foot scores of AOFAS of the affected limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the Mcd and Msd were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with ankle sprain,the combination of exercise binding technique and proprioception training can effectively enhance the muscle strength of the affected side and promote the recovery of ankle joint function and balance function.
