摘要
目的探讨针刺配合推拿治疗面神经炎的临床疗效.方法选择2021年6月—2022年1月该院收治的80例面神经炎患者,按随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=40)采用西医对症治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上采用针刺配合推拿治疗,两组均治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效以及面神经功能分级情况,另采用面部残疾指数(FDI)评分评估患者功能状态.结果观察组临床总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组面神经功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级占比为57.50%,高于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组FDI中躯体功能、社会功能评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FDI中躯体功能、社会功能评分分别为(23.05±1.74)分、(27.36±2.24)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刺配合推拿治疗能提高面神经炎的临床疗效,改善面神经功能,提升患者生活质量.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with tuina in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial neuritis who were admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to Janaury 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with acupuncture and tuina on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and facial nerve function classification were compared between the two groups,and the Facial Disability Index(FDI)score was used to evaluate the functional status of the patients.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of facial nerve function gradeⅠ~Ⅱin the observation group was 57.50%,which was higher than 32.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in physical function and social function scores in FDI between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the physical function and social function scores of FDI in the observation group were(23.05±1.74)points and(27.36±2.24)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with tuina therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of facial neuritis,improve facial nerve function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
