摘要
目的探讨补中益气汤对气虚型便秘患者胃肠功能及血管活性肠肽(VIP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响.方法选取2020年9月—2021年12月本院收治的90例气虚型便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,每组45例.对照组采用标准对症治疗,中药治疗组在此基础上服用补中益气汤,疗程均为14 d.对比两组的症状积分、周自主排便次数、5-HT及VIP水平、便秘患者生活质量评分(PAC-QOL).结果治疗后,两组患者的症状积分均明显降低,且中药治疗组的(6.68±2.02)分明显低于对照组的(9.26±2.23)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).中药治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的周自主排便次数均明显增加,且中药治疗组的周自主排便次数明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的血清5-HT、VIP水平均明显降低,且中药治疗组的血清5-HT、VIP水平均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的PAC-QOL评分均明显降低,且中药治疗组的(34.10±5.29)分明显低于对照组的(42.12±5.53)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论补中益气汤治疗气虚型便秘患者的效果良好,能够改善患者的便秘情况,降低血清VIP、5-HT水平,从而改善胃肠道功能.
Objective To investigate the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on gastrointestinal function,vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in patients with Qi-deficiency constipation.Methods A total of 90 patients with Qi-deficiency constipation treated in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a TCM treatment group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received standard symptomatic treatment,and the TCM treatment group took Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on this basis.The treatment course of both groups was 14 d.The symptom score,weekly spontaneous defecation times,5-HT and VIP levels,and patient-assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of patients in both groups were significantly reduced,and the(6.68±2.02)points of the TCM treatment group was significantly lower than(9.26±2.23)points of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was 97.78%,higher than 84.44%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of weekly spontaneous defecation in both groups were significantly increased,and the number of weekly spontaneous defecation in the TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum 5-HT and VIP levels in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the serum 5-HT and VIP levels in the TCM treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PAC-QOL scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the(34.10±5.29)points the TCM treatment group was significantly lower than(42.12±5.53)points of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a good effect on patients with Qi-deficiency constipation,which can improve the constipation of patients,reduce the levels of serum VIP and 5-HT,thus improving gastrointestinal function.
