摘要
目的探讨吞咽神经肌肉低频电刺激仪联合脑苷肌肽注射液在周围性面瘫(PFP)患儿中的应用效果.方法选取2020年5月—2022年2月我院收治的82例PFP患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例.两组均采用基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用脑苷肌肽注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用吞咽神经肌肉低频电刺激仪治疗,均持续治疗2周.对比两组临床疗效、面神经功能、氧化应激反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的80.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组House-Brackmann面神经功能分级量表评分(0.72±0.17)分低于对照组的(1.13±0.19)分,超氧化物歧化酶水平(93.60±6.01)mmol/L、一氧化氮水平(68.40±5.69)mIU/mL均高于对照组的(84.49±5.95)mmol/L、(60.77±5.78)mIU/mL,丙二醛水平(3.58±0.41)μmol/L低于对照组的(4.26±0.50)μmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论吞咽神经肌肉低频电刺激仪联合脑苷肌肽注射液能提高PFP患儿的治疗效果,促进患儿面神经功能恢复,改善氧化应激反应.
Objective To investigate the application effect of swallowing neuromuscular low-frequency electrical stimulator combined with cerebroside carnosine injection in children with peripheral facial paralysis(PFP).Methods 82 children with PFP who were admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with cerebroside carnosine injection,and the observation group was treated with swallowing neuromuscular low-frequency electrical stimulator on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function and oxidative stress response were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.48%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading scale in the observation group was(0.72±0.17)points,which was lower than(1.13±0.19)points in the control group,the levels of superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide were(93.60±6.01)mmol/L and(68.40±5.69)mIU/mL,respectively,which were higher than(84.49±5.95)mmol/L and(60.77±5.78)mIU/mL of the control group,the level of malondialdehyde was(3.58±0.41)μmol/L,which was lower than(4.26±0.50)μmol/L of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing neuromuscular low-frequency electrical stimulator combined with cerebroside carnosine injection can improve the therapeutic effect of children with PFP,promote the recovery of facial nerve function in children,and improve oxidative stress response.
