摘要
目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10片治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎(VCM)的疗效.方法选择2020年1月—2021年10月该院收治的小儿VMC患儿86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用辅酶Q10片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠,均持续治疗3周.对比两组临床疗效、氧化应激反应、免疫功能及不良反应.结果观察组临床总有效率95.35%高于对照组的71.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶水平均高于对照组,丙二醛、氧化氮水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患儿均未出现不良反应.结论磷酸肌酸钠联合辅酶Q10片治疗小儿VMC疗效确切,能够减轻氧化应激反应,改善免疫功能,且安全性较高.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium creatine phosphate combined with coenzyme Q10 tablets in children with viral myocarditis(VCM).Methods 86 children with VMC treated in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10 tablets,and the observation group was treated with sodium creatine phosphate on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress response,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate 95.35%of the observation group was higher than 71.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione transferase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde and nitrogen oxide were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The sodium creatine phosphate combined with coenzyme Q10 tablets in children with VMC is effective,can reduce oxidative stress,improve immune function,and has high safety.
