摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合西洛他唑在糖尿病足(DF)患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2019年10月—2021年10月收治的86例DF患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用西洛他唑治疗,观察组在此基础上采用康复新液治疗,连续用药2周.比较两组的临床疗效、创伤面积收缩率、足部创面愈合时间、周围神经传导速度及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的创伤面积收缩率为(84.26±6.71)%,高于对照组的(66.35±4.89)%,足部创面愈合时间为(10.31±1.05)d,短于对照组的(12.26±1.75)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度分别为(44.58±4.75)m/s、(40.59±3.87)m/s,均快于对照组的(39.75±4.15)m/s、(34.18±3.09)m/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论康复新液联合西洛他唑能够显著促进DF患者足部创面缩减,改善周围神经传导速度.
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with cilostazol in the treatment of diabetes foot(DF).Methods A total of 86 DF patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cilostazol,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on this basis.Both groups were treated for2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,wound area shrinkage rate,foot wound healing time,peripheral nerve conduction velocity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound area shrinkage rate of the observation group was(84.26±6.71)%,which was higher than(66.35±4.89)%of the control group,and the healing time of the foot wound was(10.31±1.05)d,which was shorter than(12.26±1.75)d of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were(44.58±4.75)m/s and(40.59±3.87)m/s,respectively,which were faster than(39.75±4.15)m/s and(34.18±3.09)m/s in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with cilostazol can significantly promote foot wound reduction and improve peripheral nerve conduction velocity in DF patients.
