摘要
目的观察中药、针灸联合腔内理疗改善薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效.方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月本院收治的80例薄型子宫内膜患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组40例.对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用中药、针灸联合腔内理疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度均增厚,且观察组的子宫内膜厚于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)及阻力指数(RI)均较治疗前降低,且观察组PI、RI均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗1年后的自然妊娠率为82.50%,高于对照组的60.00%,流产率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药、针灸联合腔内理疗治疗薄型子宫内膜可增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫血流动力学,提高自然妊娠率.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and endovascular physiotherapy on thin endometrium.Methods A total of 80 patients with thin endometrium treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,on the basis of which,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and intracavitary physiotherapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness was increased in both groups,and the endometrial thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the PI and RI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the natural pregnancy rate of the observation group was 82.50%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group,and the abortion rate was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of thin endometrium with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and endovascular physiotherapy can increase endometrium thickness,improve uterine hemodynamics and increase the rate of natural pregnancy.
