摘要
目的探讨电针、温针联合康复治疗对急性脑卒中恢复期患者肌肉痉挛、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响.方法选取2018年1月—2021年5月我院收治的80例急性脑卒中恢复期患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组(康复治疗+电针+温针,40例)和对照组(康复治疗+普通针灸,40例).于治疗前后,以改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表(MAS)评价两组患者的肌肉痉挛情况,以美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评价两组患者的神经功能,以日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价两组患者的生活自理情况.结果研究组的肌肉痉挛改善总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的NIHSS评分为(4.28±0.97)分,低于对照组,ADL评分为(77.32±9.08)分,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论急性脑卒中恢复期患者采用电针、温针联合康复治疗,可以更好地改善肌肉痉挛,加速神经功能恢复,对患者早康复具有积极作用.
Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture and warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on muscle spasm,nerve function and daily living ability of patients with acute stroke in convalescence.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute stroke who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a study group(rehabilitation therapy+electroacupuncture+warm acupuncture,40 cases)and a control group(rehabilitation therapy+ordinary acupuncture,40 cases)by random number table method.Before and after treatment,the modified Ashworth spasm scale(MAS)was used to evaluate muscle spasm,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate neurological function,and the daily living ability scale(ADL)was used to evaluate self-care of patients in both groups.Results The effective rate of muscle spasm improvement in the study group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was(4.28±0.97)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was(77.32±9.08)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can better improve muscle spasm,accelerate the recovery of nerve function,and play a positive role in early recovery of patients in convalescent stage of acute stroke.
