摘要
目的探讨银杏叶片联合法舒地尔对心力衰竭(HF)患者心功能及血清Gal-3、BNP、ANP水平的影响.方法选择2019年10月—2021年6月我院收治的74例HF患者为研究对象,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各37例.两组均采用基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用法舒地尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用银杏叶片治疗,两组均治疗3个月.比较两组临床疗效,并对比两组治疗前、治疗3个月心功能及实验室指标.结果相较治疗前,两组治疗3个月的左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径均更短,左室射血分数均更高,且观察组各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相较治疗前,两组治疗3个月的血清半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)、脑钠肽(BNP)、心房钠尿肽(ANP)水平均更低,且观察组Gal-3、BNP、ANP水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论银杏叶片联合法舒地尔治疗HF患者的效果显著,可有效调节患者Gal-3、BNP、ANP水平,改善其心功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba combined with fasudil on cardiac function and levels of serum Gal-3,BNP and ANP in patients with heart failure(HF).Methods A total of 74 HF patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the blind drawing method,with 37 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with fasudil,the observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the cardiac function and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end-systolic dimension of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were shorter,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher,and the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum galectin-3(Gal-3),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)were lower in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,the levels of Gal-3,BNP and ANP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba combined with fasudil has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with HF,which can effectively regulate the levels of Gal-3,BNP,and ANP,and improve their cardiac function.
