摘要
目的探讨红花化瘀汤熏洗在膝关节镜术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月于我院行膝关节镜手术患者86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用术后常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用红花化瘀汤熏洗治疗,均持续治疗8周.对比两组的治疗效果.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分系统(LKSS)评分为(73.64±7.01)分、膝关节主动活动度(AROM)为(110.25±2.31)°,均优于对照组的(64.22±7.13)分、(105.87±2.56)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(1.63±0.29)分,肿胀值为(2.31±0.60)cm,均优于对照组的(2.24±0.32)分、(3.42±0.77)cm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论红花化瘀汤熏洗用于膝关节镜术后患者中,能够减轻其膝关节疼痛、肿胀,改善膝关节功能.
Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation and washing of Honghua Huayu Decoction in patients after knee arthroscopy.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative rehabilitation treatment,and the study group was treated with honghua Huayu Decoction fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm knee function scoring system(LKSS)score in the study group was(73.64±7.01)points,the active range of motion of knee(AR0OM)in the study group was(110.25±2.31)°,better than(64.22±7.13)points,(105.87±2.56)°in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain in the study group was(1.63±0.29)points,and the swelling value was(2.31+0.60)cm,which were better than(2.24±0.32)points and(3.42±0.77)em in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fumigation and washing of Honghua Huayu Decoction can reduce the pain and swelling and improve the function of knee joint in patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery.
