摘要
目的探讨焦虑伴抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者应用不同剂量米氮平联合百适可治疗的临床效果.方法选取2018年11月-2020年11月于我院就诊的86例焦虑伴抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例.对照组采用百适可联合小剂量米氮平片治疗,观察组采用百适可联合大剂量米氮平片治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、焦虑抑郁评分及睡眠质量评分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.34%,高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分分别为(18.54±4.58)分、(23.54±3.82)分、(24.54±3.24)分,均低于对照组的(26.75±4.65)分、(26.75±3.65)分、(30.21±3.11)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论焦虑伴抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者应用百适可联合大剂量米氮平片治疗可显著提升临床效果,缓解焦虑、抑郁症状,提高睡眠质量,且不增加不良反应发生率,安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of mirtazapine combined with Baishike in anxiety patients with depression and sleep disorder.Methods A total of 86 patients with anxiety,depression and sleep disorders in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baishike combined with low-dose mirtazapine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Baishike combined with High-dose mirtazapine tablets.The clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression scores and sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.34%,which was higher than 74.42%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the HAMA,HAMD and PSQI scores in the observation group were(18.54±4.58)points,(23.54±3.82)points and(24.54±3.24)points,respectively,lower than those in the control group(26.75±4.65)points,(26.75±3.65)points and(30.21±3.11)points,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of anxiety with depression and sleep disorders with Baishike combined with large dose mirtazapine tablets can significantly improve the clinical effect,relieve anxiety and depression symptoms,improve sleep quality,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
