摘要
目的探讨基于"筋骨并重"理论中医按摩手法联合活血止痛熏洗剂在前交叉韧带重建术后患者康复治疗中的应用价值.方法选取该院2019年9月—2021年3月收治的40例前交叉韧带重建术后患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组20例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组采用基于"筋骨并重"理论中医按摩手法联合活血止痛熏洗剂治疗.两组均连续治疗3个月.对比两组术后膝关节功能恢复情况、疼痛程度、双侧膝关节周径差及关节活动度.结果治疗后,观察组Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,双侧膝关节周径差小于对照组,关节活动度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于"筋骨并重"理论中医按摩手法联合活血止痛熏洗剂在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用效果良好,可有效减轻患者的疼痛及关节肿胀程度,扩大膝关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复.
To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine massage technique based on the theory of"equal emphasis on muscles and bones"combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion in the rehabilitation treatment of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.Methods 40 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery who were treated in this hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine massage techniques based on the theory of"equal emphasis on muscles and bones"combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The postoperative knee joint function recovery,pain degree,bilateral knee joints circumference difference and joint range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Lysholm knee joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the visual analogue scale for pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference in circumference of bilateral knee joints was smaller than that in the control group,and the range of motion of the joint was greater than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage technique combined with Huoxue Zhitong Fumigation Lotion based on the theory of"equal emphasis on muscles and bones"in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain and joint swelling of patients,expand the range of motion of the knee joint,and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
