摘要
目的探究个案管理在老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者心脏康复中的应用效果.方法将2019年5月—2020年10月该院收治的102例老年冠心病PCI术后患者纳入研究,根据随机排列法分为常规组51例,实施常规心脏康复;试验组51例,在常规心脏康复基础上实施个案管理.观察并对比两组干预前(PCI术后第1天)、干预后(管理3个月后)心功能指标水平以及生活质量.结果干预后,试验组每搏输出量、左心室射血分数均高于干预前及常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组健康状况调查简表评分均高于干预前及常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论个案管理能够改善老年冠心病PCI术后患者的心功能及生活质量,在其心脏康复中发挥着积极的促进作用.
Objective To explore the application effect of case management in the cardiac rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The 102 elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI who were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study.According to the random arrangement method,they were divided into the routine group of 51 cases,and routine cardiac rehabilitation was carried out;the experimental group of 51 cases,and case management was implemented on the basis of routine cardiac rehabilitation.Observe and compare the levels of cardiac function indexes and quality of life before intervention(first day after PCI)and after intervention(after 3 months of management)between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group were higher than those of the pre-intervention and routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the MOS item short from health survey of the experimental group were higher than those of the pre-intervention and routine group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case management can improve the heart function and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and play an active role in promoting their cardiac rehabilitation.
