摘要
目的探究眼球按摩在青光眼滤过术后患者中的应用价值.方法将该院2019年2月—2020年10月收治的86例青光眼滤过术后患者纳入该次研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组43例与观察组43例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用眼球按摩.对比两组功能性滤过泡形成率、术后康复效果、术后并发症发生率、生活质量.结果干预后,观察组术后眼压(15.23±3.17)mmHg、疼痛数字评分(2.47±0.39)分均低于对照组的(18.47±5.29)mmHg、(3.11±1.19)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预后的滤过泡形成率比较,观察组的90.70%高于对照组的67.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术后并发症发生率比较,观察组的9.29%低于对照组的25.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预后生活质量评分比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论眼球按摩在青光眼术后患者中的应用效果显著,可加快患者康复进程,减少并发症,改善生活质量,让其尽早恢复正常生活、工作.
Objective To explore the application value of eyeball massage in patients after glaucoma filtration surgery.Methods The 86 cases of glaucoma filtering postoperative patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into a control group of 43 cases and an observation group of 43 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received eyeball massage.The filtration bubble formation rate,postoperative rehabilitation effect,postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the postoperative intraocular pressure(15.23±3.17)mmHg and pain digital score(2.47±0.39)points of the observation group were lower than(18.47±5.29)mmHg and(3.11±1.19)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the formation rate of filtering blebs between the two groups after intervention,90.70%of the observation group was higher than 67.44%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups,9.29%in the observation group was lower than 25.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of life scores between the two groups after intervention,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of eyeball massage in patients after glaucoma surgery is remarkable,which can promote the patient's recovery process,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and allow them to return to normal life and work as soon as possible.
