摘要
目的观察低频经颅磁刺激联合动作观察训练在偏瘫型脑瘫患儿中的临床应用效果.方法选取广西医科大学第二附属医院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的偏瘫型脑瘫患儿84例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各42例.对照组采取动作观察训练,试验组在对照组基础上联合低频经颅磁刺激治疗.比较两组患儿治疗前后的上肢功能及日常生活活动能力.结果治疗前,两组患儿的墨尔本单侧上肢功能评估量表(Melbourne assessment of unilateral upper limb function,MUUL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的MUUL评分高于治疗前,且试验组患儿的MUUL评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患儿的改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的MBI评分高于治疗前,且试验组患儿的MBI评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频经颅磁刺激联合动作观察训练可改善偏瘫型脑瘫患儿的上肢功能及日常生活活动能力.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with action observation training in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy.Methods 84 cases of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and a test group based on the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group took action observation training,and the test group combined with low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group.The upper limb function and daily living activity ability of the two groups of children before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Melbourne assessment of unilateral upper limb function(MUUL)scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after treatment,the MUUL scores of the two groups of children were higher than before treatment,and the MUUL scores of the test group was higher that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the modified Barthel index(MBI)scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after treatment,the MBI scores of the two groups of children were higher than before treatment,and the MBI scores of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with action observation training can improve the upper limb function and daily living activity ability of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy.
