摘要
目的研究淋巴引流技术结合参苓白术散加减预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的临床效果.方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月该院收治的110例乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组与研究组,各55例.奇数为对照组,采用徒手淋巴引流技术治疗;偶数为研究组,在对照组基础上采用参苓白术散加减治疗.比较两组患者的淋巴水肿情况.结果研究组的淋巴水肿发生率为20.00%,低于对照组的43.64%,研究组的淋巴水肿程度轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的淋巴水肿治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论徒手淋巴引流技术结合参苓白术散加减治疗可显著降低乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的发生率,缓解水肿程度,值得在临床中进一步推广.
Objective To study the clinical effects of lymphatic drainage technique combined with the modified Shenling Baizhu Powder to prevent postoperative lymphoedema in breast cancer.Methods 110 postoperative breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control and a study group according to the odd-even method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group treated with freehand lymphatic drainage technique,and the study group treated with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.The lymphedema was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lymphedema in the study group was 20.00%,which was lower than 4.64%in the control group,the degree of lymphedema in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of lymphedema treatment in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Unarmed lymphatic drainage technology combined with modified Shenling Baizhu Powder can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative lymphedema and relieve the degree of edema,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
