摘要
目的探讨早期康复疗法对桡骨远端骨折术后患者肢体疼痛、肿胀的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的桡骨远端骨折术后患者100例,依据治疗方法不同分为早期康复疗法组、常规基础治疗组,各50例.常规基础治疗组采用常规基础治疗,早期康复疗法组采用早期康复疗法.对比分析两组患者的肢体疼痛、肿胀情况、日常生活能力、腕关节活动度、腕关节功能障碍、腕关节功能及康复满意度.结果治疗后,早期康复疗法组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、肢体肿胀评分均低于常规基础治疗组,功能独立性评定(functional independence measure,FIM)评分高于常规基础治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,早期康复疗法组患者的腕关节活动度大于常规基础治疗组,腕关节患者自行评定量表(patient-rated wrist evaluation,PRWE)评分、上肢功能障碍(disabilities of arm,shoulder and hand,DASH)评分均低于常规基础治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).早期康复疗法组患者的康复满意度94.00%高于常规基础治疗组的66.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论桡骨远端骨折手术后采用早期康复疗法较常规基础治疗更能有效减轻患者的肢体疼痛、肿胀程度.
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on limb pain and swelling in patients with postoperative distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with distal radius fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into an early rehabilitation therapy group and a conventional basic treatment group,with 50 cases each according to different treatment methods.The conventional basic treatment group adopts conventional basic treatment,and the early rehabilitation therapy group adopts early rehabilitation therapy.The limb pain,swelling,ability of daily living,wrist joint range of motion,wrist joint dysfunction,wrist joint function,and rehabilitation satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the pain visual analogue score(VAS)and limb swelling score of patients in the early rehabilitation therapy group were lower than those of the conventional basic treatment group,and the functional independence measure(FIM)score was higher than that of the conventional basic treatment group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wrist joint range of motion of patients in the early rehabilitation therapy group was greater than that of the conventional basic therapy group,the patient-rated wrist evaluation(PRWE)score and disabilities of arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)score of the patients in the early rehabilitation therapy group were lower than those in the conventional basic treatment group,the differences between the qroups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation satisfaction of patients in the early rehabilitation therapy group was 94.00%,which was higher than 66.00%in the conventional basic treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy after distal radius fracture surgery is more effective than conventional basic treatment in reducing limb pain and swelling.
