摘要
目的分析本体感觉训练在髌骨骨折微创术后膝关节功能障碍康复治疗中的应用效果.方法选取该院2020年2—9月收治的髌骨骨折微创术后膝关节功能障碍患者80例为研究对象,按照随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组患者采用常规康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用本体感觉训练,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节功能及平衡功能评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论本体感觉训练在髌骨骨折微创术后膝关节功能障碍康复治疗中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者的膝关节功能,提升其平衡能力,患者对治疗的满意程度较高,具备推广和使用价值.
Objective To analyze the application effect of proprioception training in the rehabilitation treatment of knee joint dysfunction after minimally invasive surgery of patella fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with knee joint dysfunction after minimally invasive surgery for patella fractures who were admitted to the hospital from February to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random allocation method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group used proprioception training on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function and balance function scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of proprioception training in the rehabilitation treatment of knee joint dysfunction after minimally invasive surgery of patella fractures is effective,and it can significantly improve the knee joint function of patients and improve their balance ability.The patients are highly satisfied with the treatment,and have the value of promotion and use.
