摘要
目的研究健脾散结方在内镜下胃肠息肉切除术后的应用效果.方法选取2018年1—12月该院收治的64例内镜下胃肠息肉切除术后患者为研究对象,按照门诊就诊先后顺序分为两组,每组32例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用健脾散结方.比较两组患者的术后机体恢复时间、住院时间和机体红细胞免疫状态.结果经治疗,治疗组的腹胀持续时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、进食时间及住院时间分别为(2.25±1.14)d、(2.29±1.04)d、(43.00±7.20)h及(3.50±0.50)d,均短于对照组的(3.50±1.36)d、(3.62±1.30)d、(80.20±13.00)h及(6.00±1.20)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组治疗前的各项红细胞免疫状态指标,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的各项红细胞免疫状态指标均优于各组治疗前,且治疗组各项指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论健脾散结方能顾护机体正气、弱化邪气干扰,有助于促进内镜下胃肠息肉切除术后患者机体功能恢复.
Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Sanjie Recipe after endoscopic gastrointestinal polypectomy.Methods 64 patients after gastrointestinal polypectomy admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to the order of outpatient visits,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with the combined use of the Jianpi Sanjie Recipe on the basis of the control group.The postoperative organism recovery time,hospitalization time and erythrocyte immune status of the organism were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of abdominal distension,recovery time of bowel sounds,feeding time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were(2.25±1.14)d,(2.29±1.04)d,(43.00±7.20)h and(3.50±0.50)d,respectively,which were shorter than(3.50±1.36)d,(3.62±1.30)d,(80.20±13.00)h and(6.00±1.20)d in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Comparing the red blood cell immune status indicators of the two groups before treatment,there were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the red blood cell immune status indicators of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Sanjie Recipe can protect the body's righteousness,weaken the interference of evil qi,and help to promote the recovery of body function in patients after endoscopic gastrointestinal polypectomy.
