摘要
目的探讨化瘀利水保肝汤对肝硬化腹水患者康复的影响.方法选取2018年3月—2019年10月该院收治的88例肝硬化腹水患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例.两组患者入院后均接受常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用化瘀利水保肝汤.比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后腹水量评分及随访12个月的复发情况.结果在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的95.45%高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在复发率方面,随访12个月期间观察组的18.18%低于对照组的45.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在腹水量评分方面,两组治疗前评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组评分均较各组治疗前下降,且观察组评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论化瘀利水保肝汤治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效显著,可明显降低患者腹水量和复发率,促进患者康复,值得临床推荐.
Objective To investigate the effect of Huayu Lishui Baogan Decoction on the recovery of patients with cirrhotic ascites.Methods 88 patients with cirrhotic ascites admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional Western medical treatment after admission,and the observation group added the use of Huayu Lishui Baogan Decoction on this basis.The treatment effect,abdominal water score before and after treatment and recurrence at 12-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,95.45%of the observation group was higher than 81.82%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the recurrence rate,18.18%of the observation group was lower than 45.45%of the control group during the 12-month follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of ascites volume score,there was no significant difference in the scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Huayu Lishui Baogan Decoction is effective.It can significantly reduce the amount of ascites and recurrence rate of patients and promote their recovery,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
